data:osc-time - generate new "oscilloscope-time" data column (Decida Procedure)

          data:osc-time d TIME OSCTIME period args

d	data object name
TIME	time column name
OSCTIME	oscilloscope time column name
period	period of oscilloscope sweep
args	offset of oscilloscope sweep or OPTIONS

-trigger	specify a trigger signal
-level	specify trigger level. default is 1/2*(max+min) of trigger signal.
-falling	use falling edge for triggering. default is rising

OSCTIME data column is set to oscilloscope time
